Our risk management program includes the following elements:

• Policies and procedures to mitigate our risks.
• A training program for our employees on our risk management processes.
• A monitoring and auditing program to ensure that our risk management program is effective.

We are committed to continuous improvement in our risk management program. We regularly review our risks and update our policies and procedures as needed. We also conduct training for our employees on a regular basis to ensure that they are aware of our risk management processes.
