Account Creation and Use

Listings

When you list equipment for sale on Oilfield Today® Marketplace, you must provide accurate and complete information about the equipment, including its condition, description, and price. You must also have clear title to the equipment you are selling.

Fees

Oilfield Today® Marketplace charges a fee of $99 per month for listings after the first month is free. This fee is due on the first day of each month. If your payment is not received by the due date, your listing will be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on Oilfield Today® Marketplace:

• Listing stolen or counterfeit equipment.

• Listing equipment that is not in good condition.

• Misrepresenting the condition or description of equipment.

• Engaging in fraudulent activity.

• Spamming or soliciting other users.

Termination

Oilfield Today® Marketplace reserves the right to terminate your account or suspend your listings at any time for any reason.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
