- All sales are final. However, products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund if they are deemed defective by a third-party certified inspector. Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original documentation.
- No cancellations for special order products, being manufactured to customers specific request and specifications.
- All material and/or equipment sold "as is where is". We do not warrant any material as to quality, condition, or fitness for the purpose which was intended or purchased. Used oilfield equipment and/or tubular goods sold may be accompanied by an third-party inspection company report if applicable. The inspection report is furnished on an opinion basis only. No warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied.
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, orders may only be cancelled for a refund if the products have not yet been shipped. A 25% return/restocking fee will apply to cancellations after 24 hours and before the products have shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled after Global Energy Resources, LLC has placed an order on behalf of its customer with its vendor.
- Estimated Delivery Times
- The estimated delivery times on our quotations, sales orders, and commercial invoices are based on the best information available to us at the time of order. However, there are many factors that can affect actual delivery times, such as availability of materials, unforeseen circumstances, and delays in shipping. We always strive to meet or exceed delivery expectations, but we cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the expected new delivery date.
- Force Majeure
- Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to any Force Majeure Event, which shall mean any event or circumstance that is beyond the reasonable control of both parties, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, such as floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes;
- War, terrorism, or other civil unrest;
- Acts of government, such as embargoes, blockades, port closures or other restrictions on trade;
- Labor strikes or other industrial disputes;
- Pandemics or other public health emergencies; and
- Any other event or circumstance that is not reasonably foreseeable.
