With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Jim E. Frazier is a seasoned financial executive with a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams.

Mr. Frazier is currently the President and Director of Maxwell Resources Corporation, Inc., a publicly traded oil and gas supply and service company. In this role, he oversees the company's financial operations and is responsible for developing and executing its growth strategy. He has also been instrumental in the company's recent expansion into new markets.

 Prior to joining Maxwell Resources Corporation, Mr. Frazier was the CFO of the Asset Servicing Group, an insurance and real estate investment holding company. He has also held senior positions at several other oil and gas companies, including Orbit Petroleum, a domestic oil and gas producer, Continental Resources, a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company, Pyramid Petroleum, a privately held oil and gas producer, and Potomac Energy Corporation, a publicly traded oil and gas midstream company. 

Mr. Frazier is a graduate of Fordham University and holds advanced certifications in investment and finance from the New York Institute of Finance. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor.

In addition to his extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Frazier is also a skilled financial analyst and strategic planner. He is known for his ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, and for his commitment to building strong financial teams.

 Mr. Frazier is a valuable asset to the Maxwell Resources Corporation team, and he is a key driver of the company's success.

With over 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Donald J. Wood is a seasoned operations manager with a proven track record of success. He is known for his ability to manage complex operations and deliver results on time and under budget.

Mr. Wood began his career as an Air Force pilot, where he flew many different jets and held the rank of Major (Maj). After leaving the Air Force, he moved into the oil and gas industry, where he held a variety of positions in operations and supply chain management.

For the past 14 years, Mr. Wood has served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for a leading downhole tubular and drilling equipment company. In this role, he has overseen the company's global operations, including manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. He has also led the company's efforts to improve its supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Mr. Wood is a strong leader and communicator with a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry. He is also a certified supply chain professional (CSCP) and a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy.

Director & Member

Robert D. Evenson is a highly experienced oilfield drilling manager with over 37 years of experience, including 26 years of international experience. He has held a variety of positions in his career, including General Manager, Director of Drilling Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Country Manager. He is well-versed in all aspects of drilling operations, from safety and budgeting to logistics and client relations. He is also a certified well control instructor and has extensive experience in drilling in challenging environments.

In his most recent role as General Manager for Katch Kan USA and Latin America, Robert was responsible for safety, budgets, performance, and client relations. He was also a key voice in environmental and safety innovations for the company's rigs.

Robert is a proven leader with a strong track record of success. He is committed to safety and efficiency, and he has a deep understanding of the oilfield industry. He is a valuable asset to any drilling team.
