Global Energy Resources, LLC is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Maintenance and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. We have a comprehensive compliance program in place that includes the following elements:

• A risk assessment process to identify and assess our compliance risks, including financial,      operational, compliance, reputational, cybersecurity, weather, regulatory, competitive, and supply chain risks.
• Policies and procedures to mitigate our compliance risks.
• A training program for our employees on our compliance obligations.
• A monitoring and auditing program to ensure that our compliance program is effective.
