Gary L. Haub is a force to be reckoned with in the HDD Construction, Tool Joint Design, and Oilfield Drill Pipe Manufacturing industry. With over 39 years of experience, he's a seasoned veteran who has seen it all.

 Gary Haub began his career as a Products Manager at GEFCO, a leading designer and manufacturer of portable drilling rigs and related equipment. In 1996, he founded Drill Tube International and served as Vice President of Operations. Two years later, NOV Grant Prideco acquired Drill Tube International, and Haub remained with the company for seven more years as a Senior Sales Engineer. 

 In 2005, Haub co-founded HDD Rotary, a leading provider of HDD, oilfield drill pipe, and rental services. As President and Co-Owner, he oversees strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, HDD Rotary has become one of the most respected and trusted names in the industry. 

 Today, Gary is a highly respected industry expert with a deep knowledge of HDD technology, new tool joint and drill pipe design, and a commitment to providing his customers with the best possible products and services. He is also a passionate advocate for the HDD and oilfield drill pipe industry, and he is regularly invited to speak at industry events and conferences.

Jesus A. Ponce Guedes is a highly experienced professional with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has a deep understanding of the entire value chain, from exploration to commercialization.

Jesus is a highly experienced and accomplished business development and marketing professional. In his previous role as Manager of Business Development and Marketing, he increased market share by 15% and generated $10 million in new revenue. He also helped clients save millions of dollars by improving their operations as Manager of Consulting Services.

In his role as Coordinator of Contracts and Exploitation in Oil Projects for Pemex, he secured contracts worth over $1 billion. He also recovered millions of barrels of oil that would have otherwise been lost as Water Injection Project Coordinator and EOR in Special Projects in Venezuela, Mexico, and Ecuador.

Previously a consultant to several Marketing and Sales Services companies, where he helped his clients increase their market share and generate new revenue.
