Global Energy Resources, LLC is committed to the highest standards of product quality and business integrity in its dealings with customers and vendors/suppliers. As a result, all vendors/suppliers and the Global employees who work with them are expected to conduct themselves with the highest standards of honesty, fairness, and personal integrity. It is critical to our company’s stature to maintain high ethical standards by adhering to all applicable laws and avoiding even the perception of impropriety or conflict of interest.

This code of conduct applies to all employees, vendors/suppliers, and other individuals who work with or on behalf of Global Energy Resources, LLC. It applies to all aspects of our business, including our dealings with customers, vendors/suppliers, employees, and the public.

We expect all employees, vendors/suppliers, and other individuals to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Maintenance and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of      2002.
• Act with honesty and integrity in all their dealings.
• Avoid conflicts of interest.
• Be fair and respectful in their dealings with others.
• Protect the company's assets and information.
• Report any suspected violations of this code of conduct.
• Keep confidential information confidential.

We will not tolerate any violations of this code of conduct. Any employee, vendor/supplier, or other individual who violates this code of conduct will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is the act of keeping information private and secure. It is important to maintain confidentiality in order to protect the privacy of individuals and the security of organizations.

Reporting Suspected Violations

Employees, vendors/suppliers, and other individuals who suspect a violation of the code of conduct should report it to their supervisor or to the company's ethics hotline. Reports of suspected violations will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. Individuals who report suspected violations in good faith will be protected from retaliation.

The Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Maintenance is an international treaty that provides a framework for countries to cooperate in the enforcement of child support orders. The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 is a United States federal law that was enacted in response to a number of corporate and accounting scandals. SOX requires public companies to establish internal controls over financial reporting and to have their financial statements audited by independent auditors.
